Our R&D process always includes independent verification, as such, contracting aspects of our product development to trusted third party organisations with rigorous scientific methodology is a key part of ensuring our products are trusted.

Earlier in 2018, we commissioned the University of Strathclyde to validate our own findings against their gearbox test rig, powered by a 90KW motor and consisting of three gearboxes, a torque arm and power return shaft.

We fitted a parallel-plumbed banked Masterfilter unit to filter the complete lubricant load of 200 litres once during each 3 hour test sub-cycle, which included numerous phases of speed and torque.
